SW Solution Architect / Team Lead – Covidence Group
Based in Aarhus – Denmark/International team
Covidence Group develops advanced audio, video, and tracking technologies for selected government agencies and special units worldwide. Our solutions are used in mission‑critical operations where discretion, precision, and reliability are essential.
We operate in a high‑technology environment driven by innovation, security, and engineering excellence. Our software and hardware platforms are tightly integrated and designed to perform where failure is not an option.

You will work closely with the CTO and cross‑functional teams in hardware, product, and QA to ensure we deliver secure, stable, and well‑structured end‑to‑end solutions.
This is a full‑time position based in Aarhus – Denmark, where you will act as Team Lead for a distributed software R&D team with colleagues in both Denmark and Ireland.
Your primary workplace will be the Danish office, but you will also spend time with the team in Ireland to ensure close collaboration, alignment, and team cohesion. Occasional international travel is expected.
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, plus standard benefits package including pension and health insurance.
