Are you passionate about building sophisticated AI agents that solve real world problems? Join our Agentic AI team within SitaWare Insight, designing multi-agent workflows in Java and Python that power critical decision-making and help our customers get the job done faster and safer.
As Software Architect on this team, you will combine deep software architecture expertise in Java with strong LLM and AI engineering fundamentals to shape the technical foundation of our AI-driven solutions. You will define the technical vision and architectural strategy that enable our product, AI agents and multi-agent systems to scale, while also designing and implementing the software solutions that bring this vision to life.

You will join a growing team within the SitaWare Insight program, close to 50 engineers, architects and testers across five Scrum teams, spanning Aarhus and Copenhagen. We are building a brand‑new team around this role: an architect, a data scientist, five to seven developers and a tester, working closely with our Product Manager and UX designer. Java is our primary backend language, and we also work in Python for our AI tooling, and we collaborate with researchers to give our LLMs geospatial situational awareness, the ability to understand tactical maps and follow events across an evolving timeline.
