Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a proactive Student Worker to join Sustainable Operations in Billund. You will support energy data analysis, forecasting, and reporting, contributing to decarbonization projects and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, analysing consumption trends, and preparing presentations for leadership. You will study for a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least two years left and commit to about 15–20 hours weekly, in a hybrid/office

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum two years remaining in studies before graduation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
• Passion for sustainability, climate strategy, energy management, renewable energy, and decarbonization initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the semester.

Responsibilities

• Support energy data analysis, forecasting, and consumption modelling to inform sustainability and operational decision‑making.
• Perform calculations and business case assessments for energy efficiency and decarbonization projects, supporting investment approvals and savings reporting.
• Provide administrative support for project tracking, team activities, and follow‑up actions.
• Develop data visualisations, dashboards, and management reporting in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision‑making and strategic oversight.
• Create presentations, one‑pagers, and storytelling materials to communicate sustainability initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Document processes, governance structures, and methodologies for the climate and carbon workstreams
