Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Sustainability, Markets & Channels Specialist based in Billund, Denmark. You will create B2B content and presentations, connecting sustainability with consumer experience across licensing and go-to-market teams.

You will collaborate with marketing, publishing, and licensing teams to unify messaging while supporting sustainability ambitions for licensees and brand partners, in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Applied brand marketing principles to support campaigns, Partner communications, or market activation.
• Delivered B2B communication activities through content, or stakeholder engagement.
• Built communication materials that supported stakeholder communication across multiple audiences.
• Created written content through copywriting, editorial work, or communication projects.
• Education or relevant working experience in Management, Marketing, or Communications.
• Demonstrated fluency in English, equivalent to C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Create B2B content, presentations and communication materials that connect sustainability and business goals.
• Develop external and internal communications across licensing, marketing and go-to-market teams.
• Translate complex sustainability topics into clear, compelling messages for Licensees & Brand Partners.
