Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark seeks a Sustainability, Markets & Channels Specialist to craft B2B communications that connect sustainability with consumer experience and design. You will partner with marketing, publishing, licensing and go-to-market teams to unify messaging for Licensees and Brand Partners.

You will build external content, presentations and internal communications that support LEGO's sustainability ambitions, maintaining a clear, engaging voice across markets.

Qualifications

• Applied brand marketing principles to support campaigns, Partner communications, or market activation.
• Delivered B2B communication activities through content, or stakeholder engagement.
• Built communication materials that supported stakeholder communication across multiple audiences.
• Created written content through copywriting, editorial work, or communication projects.
• Education or relevant working experience in Management, Marketing, or Communications.
• Demonstrated fluency in English, equivalent to C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Create B2B content, presentations and communication materials that connect sustainability, consumer experience, and design.
• Work across marketing, publishing, go-to-market, and licensing teams to bring a unified voice.
• Support sustainability ambitions through clear and engaging communication to Licensees & Brand Partners.
• Develop presentation decks, visual assets and external/internal communications.
• Monitor and report on communications performance and insights.
