Job summary

Sticks ’n’ Sushi is seeking a Chef to join our busy Copenhagen kitchen, covering both sushi and grill sections. Experienced Sushi or Grill Chefs, or eager learners, are welcome as we teach every step from sticks to sushi to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork and quality, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while contributing to the team’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Good communication is essential and a positive attitude.
• Teamwork and a ‘we’ mindset are valued over individuals.
• English is the company language and a basic understanding is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare different types of sushi from maki to nigiri.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality food and consistent guest experiences.
• Follow kitchen safety, cleanliness, and food handling rules.
• Be part of a united team and contribute to a fast-paced service.
• Support both sushi and grill sections as needed.
