Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Copenhagen seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager on a contract basis to lead procurement strategy for a major data centre project. The role focuses on cost management, supplier engagement and value tracking to ensure delivery on budget and schedule.

You will collaborate with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders to optimize sourcing, manage risks, and maintain supply continuity while adhering to client and regulatory requirements in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent with 12 years of experience in supply chain and procurement.
• Extensive data centre project experience and strong stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage cost tracking, market engagement, and supplier risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies to support successful project delivery, aligning with overall project objectives and commercial requirements.
• Lead supplier and subcontractor sourcing activities, including market engagement, pre-qualification, tendering, evaluation and appointment processes.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors and service providers to ensure capacity, performance and continuity of supply.
• Analyse supplier quotations, tender returns and commercial proposals to ensure competitiveness, value for money and alignment with project budgets.
• Monitor and report on procurement commitments, supply chain expenditure and forecast costs, identifying risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, long lead items, logistical constraints and market volatility.
