Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement, contracting, supply‑chain or logistics processes.
• Experience using digital business systems, web-based management platforms or ERP workflows.
• Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and logistics coordination for Country Offices and HQ units.
• Assist with procurement plans, RFQs, ITBs and RFPs; manage quotations and bids.
• Coordinate with buyers, QA team and suppliers; update systems and track documents.
