Job summary

Arla Foods’ Research & Discovery team at the Aarhus Innovation Centre is looking for a structured, curious student to support the department and help turn complex information into clear insights that inform leadership decisions.

In this role you will contribute to meeting and event coordination, data handling and Power BI visualisations, working closely with colleagues across science and business in a global dairy company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong English skills, written and spoken.
• Interest in data, visualization and creating clear overviews.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops and events across Research & Discovery including agendas and follow-ups.
• Prepare and improve presentations and department updates for internal stakeholders.
• Structure data and information across key processes and recurring leadership activities.
• Support portfolio management activities, including input preparation, tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI visualisations and simple reporting views.
