Job summary

Arla Foods in Aarhus is seeking a Sensory Panel Lead to join the Product Intelligence team. This one-year maternity cover is based at the Innovation Centre in Skejby and reports to the Head of Sensory Science.

You will develop skills in sensory science within a dynamic, global FMCG company, guiding test setups, training panels, and reporting results. Join a busy team of 3 leads in Aarhus and contribute to consumer success in product innovation.

Qualifications

• Background within applied sensory of food, flavor, or ingredients.
• Experience with sensory methodologies and trained panel.
• Basic statistical knowledge, uni- and multivariate analyses.

Responsibilities

• In close contact with stakeholders, guide and choose the proper test-setup to deliver the sensory results needed
• Panel training and development of panel competences within specific areas of interest
• Plan, set up and facilitate sensory evaluations with the trained panel.
• Maintain and motivate for Panel retention
• Panel Monitoring for Panel Performance improvement
• Reporting results, on basis of statistical analyses
• Contribute with sensory knowledge to the projects running
• Engage in and apply relevant and latest methodology, and align with global panel lead team
