Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker to research packaging trends, analyze licensing partner data, and identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability. You will help transform research into insights that shape packaging strategies and strengthen collaboration with licensing partners.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in turning data into insights.
• Excellent research skills and curiosity about packaging and sustainability.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to present findings clearly.
• Able to work independently and in an international team.
• Nice to Have: knowledge of packaging materials or lifecycle concepts.
• Nice to Have: experience with market research or data analysis.
• Nice to Have: interest in licensed consumer products or retail.

Responsibilities

• Research packaging trends, materials, and innovations across licensing.
• Monitor developments in sustainable packaging and related legislation.
• Benchmark designs and sustainability initiatives across competitors.
• Consolidate and analyze packaging data from licensing partners.
• Generate insights and identify trends for strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and engaging presentations.
• Support packaging reviews and contribute recommendations.
• Maintain packaging databases and ensure data quality.
