Danfoss is seeking a Student Worker in Automation Technology to join the Operations Automation team in Graasten. You will contribute to automation projects, work with robotics and AI-based vision, and gain hands-on experience while balancing studies.

This role offers real manufacturing exposure, mentoring from experienced engineers, and opportunities to own smaller tasks as you learn. Ideal for engineering students seeking practical, applied experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Interest in manufacturing, automation, robotics, digitalization or data technologies.
• Ability to work approximately 10–15 hours per week alongside studies.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with engineers.

Responsabilités

• Support automation, manufacturing and new product development projects.
• Work with manufacturing data to identify opportunities to improve production flow.
• Assist in testing and evaluating technologies such as collaborative robots and AI vision.
• Help develop and test concepts for automated assembly with manufacturing engineers.
• Document findings and share recommendations with the project team.
