Job summary

Danfoss invites graduates to join its Global AI & Digital Postgraduate Program in Nordborg, Denmark, a two-year program with three 8-month rotations designed to build AI, data and digital capabilities for real business impact.

You start at Nordborg or Graasten and rotate globally (USA, Asia, Europe), gaining broad exposure to technology, operations and sustainability while developing leadership and collaboration skills for future roles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, AI, data science, ML, data engineering, math, CS, software engineering or related field with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Recently graduated, with a maximum of two years of full-time professional work experience after graduation.
• Confident English communication, both written and spoken.
• Curious about AI, data, digital technologies and their potential to transform business.
• Ability to work across cultures, value inclusion, teamwork and respect.
• Experience from an internship or student project.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects within AI, data, digital and IT.
• Collaborate and implement solutions with experts and peers from all over the world.
• Push the boundaries of what can be achieved with data and AI, turning new possibilities into practical business value.

How the Program Works

Starting 1 September 2027, you’ll complete three 8-month rotations, each designed to broaden your experience and deepen your digital & business capabilities. Your journey starts at our headquarters in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark and continues in regions such as the USA, Asia or Europe.

You’ll work in cross-functional teams - from digital environments to office spaces and production floors, gaining a broader understanding of how technology, business, innovationand sustainability connect at Danfoss.

After completing the program, you’ll be well prepared to take on future opportunities - potentially moving into a permanent role at Danfoss that aligns with your strengths, ambitionsand career path.
