Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking two student assistants for due diligence and compliance within the Global Legal, Risk and Compliance department. You will conduct screenings of global partners, draft reports, and help refine processes. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, and English proficiency is required.

The role is based in Copenhagen, with 20 hours/week and hourly pay. You will work closely with senior staff, gain global exposure, and contribute to ongoing compliance initiatives while

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a masters-level student with at least 18 months remaining.
• Strong academic record is required and English proficiency is essential.
• Danish is not required for this position; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence screenings of global business partners, including sanctions and ownership checks.
• Draft due diligence reports with findings and recommendations.
• Improve and optimize the due diligence process to support company strategy.
• Assist colleagues after training with due diligence screenings as part of onboarding.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to assess regulatory compliance.
• Handle admin tasks related to the due diligence process and support broader compliance activities.
