Job summary

Ascendis Pharma, headquartered in Hellerup, Denmark, seeks an ESG Student Assistant to help develop ESG reporting processes and data collection. You will work across Compliance, Risk Management, Data Privacy and ESG teams to collect and validate non-financial data and contribute to annual disclosures.

The role is ideal for a Master’s student in a relevant field who is passionate about sustainability, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English fluency, and who can work two days per week (≈15

Qualifications

Ideally, you are in the first year of your Master’s studies in finance, business administration, accounting, sustainability or another relevant field.
You are passionate about corporate sustainability and eager to deepen your understanding of ESG reporting within an international company.
You prefer structured processes, data and documentation and can collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Support collection, consolidation and validation of non-financial data from across the organization.
Standardize and document ESG data collection procedures for assurance purposes.
Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures and content for annual reporting.
Monitor current and emerging sustainability reporting expectations and requirements.
