Job summary

Aarhus University, Department of Environmental Science in Roskilde, seeks a student assistant for PFAS-CLEAR and SWIFT projects. You will help organize project datasets, digitize and integrate data, and curate research data and metadata.

Qualifications

• Enrolment at a higher education institution is required.
• Experience with research datasets and metadata is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data handling in R or Python is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate in English and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Organize project datasets, digitize and integrate data, and curate research data and associated metadata.
• Harmonize datasets: data structures, variable names, units and metadata, with basic quality control and documentation.
• Assist with data processing, tabulation and visualization as relevant.
• Collaborate closely with researchers working on PFAS-CLEAR and SWIFT projects.
