Job summary

Aarhus University, Department of Environmental Science in Roskilde, invites applications for a student assistant to support PFAS-CLEAR and SWIFT. You will organize project datasets, digitize and integrate data, and curate research data and accompanying metadata.

You will assist with harmonizing data structures, variable names, units and metadata, contribute to quality control, and help with data processing, tabulation and visualization in collaboration with PFAS-CLEAR and SWIFT researchers.

Qualifications

• Experience handling research datasets and environmental data.
• Experience with SciexOS is an advantage.
• Experience with Excel and/or data handling in R or Python is an advantage.
• Be thorough, independent and disciplined.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Interest in environmental chemistry and data integration.
