Job summary

We are looking for a motivated and curious student assistant to support our Group Strategy team alongside your studies. If you want to learn how strategy is made in practice, enjoy working with experienced colleagues and senior leaders, this is the perfect role for you.

The position is mostly onsite at our Copenhagen headquarters, offering close collaboration and a strong starting point for a future career in strategy or management consulting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant programme – either final year of a bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s in H2 2026 or H1 2027.
• Able to work ~20 hours per week with exam-period flexibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel or eager to learn quickly.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to present findings.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with specific tasks under guidance from a project lead.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and desk research; contribute to business cases.
• Collect and structure data; maintain trackers and overviews.
• Prepare and quality-check presentations for management, Board and C-level executives.
• Take meeting notes and follow up on actions; support coordination and process improvement.
