At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our newly established PMO team in R&D Innovation Portfolio Management as we roll out our new PMO operating model, covering performance management, resource management, and a broad range of administrative PMO tasks. Your main responsibility will be hands-on support with Power BI, so a genuine passion for and practical experience with the tool is essential.

• Provide hands-on support building, maintaining, and improving Power BI dashboards
• Support our performance management area with data, reporting, and insights
• Support our resource management area with data quality, tracking, and reporting
• Assist with a broad range of administrative tasks across our new PMO operating model
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and support PMO requests

You are Independent, responsible, organized, and collaborative team player. You are thorough and understand the importance of working to a high-quality standard. You have a positive can-do attitude and feel comfortable interacting with many different colleagues across our organization.

What you bring:

• Ongoing BSc or MSc in Engineering, Technology, Data, or a related field.
• Strong technical capabilities with a broad, adaptable mindset.
• Passion and hands-on experience with Power BI, plus solid experience with Power Apps, Excel and Power Point.
• A process-oriented, analytical mindset, comfortable performing ad hoc analyses, and mapping, documenting, and automating processes.
• A generalist, proactive, and self-driven approach, you take ownership and move tasks forward independently, across a broad range of responsibilities.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with stakeholders, backed by strong communication and collaboration skills.
