Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking a Student Assistant to join Strategic Finance at our Aarhus headquarters, Viby J. You will support performance management tasks and contribute to analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates are in the early stages of a master's in Finance or Economics or in the fifth semester of a bachelor's degree, and can commit 10–15 hours weekly. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with SAP BW/Power BI a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support monthly performance reporting for the Executive Management Team and Board meetings.
• Assist with the annual and half-year report delivery and related materials.
• Contribute to the Business Planning process through financial analysis and insights.

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join Strategic Finance at Arla Foods' headquarters in Viby J, Aarhus.

In Strategic Finance, which is a vibrant finance team at Arla Foods, you will work closely with experienced professionals enhancing your understanding of financial performance management. As part of the team, you will gain valuable insights into how one of the world's largest dairy companies manages performance and drives strategic priorities.

How will you make an impact?

As our Student Assistant, you will add value by supporting the team on performance management related tasks and contribute to analysis and insight generation across key finance deliverables.

Some of your responsibilities will include

• Supporting preparation of the monthly performance reporting for our Executive Management Team and Board of Directors meetings
• Co-drive deliverables and insight generation towards our externally published annual- and half-year report and related material to our Board of Directors
• Supporting our annual Business Planning process through financial analysis and insights generation

• Supporting ad hoc analyses, business insights and other finance initiatives

What will make you successful?

We are looking for candidates who are in the early stages of their master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, or who are currently in the fifth semester of their bachelor's degree. You are flexible and able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week.

We expect you to have

• A structured approach and a keen eye for detail
• Solid financial and business understanding
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation material.Experience with SAP BW and PowerBI is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to engage effectively with stakeholders
• A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
