Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking a Student Assistant to support our Data Center & Cloud team in maintaining a secure, cost‑effective IT environment. You will help with vulnerability management, Azure FinOps, and a variety of operational tasks while learning in a global enterprise.

You will gain hands‑on experience in cloud services, infrastructure operations, and IT governance, collaborating with experienced IT professionals in a large dairy multinational.

Qualifications

• Studying IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in technology, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Analytical and detail oriented; able to work with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Monitor Azure commitments, reservations, and savings plans to optimize cloud costs.
• Collect, analyze, and document data related to infrastructure operations and cloud governance.
• Maintain dashboards, operational records, and reports to support decision‑making.
• Support documentation, reporting, and other administrative activities across IT.
• Contribute to IT‑related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Job

As a Student Assistant, you will support our Data Center & Cloud team in maintaining a secure, efficient, and cost‑effective IT environment. You will assist with vulnerability management activities, Cloud FinOps processes in Azure, and a variety of operational and administrative tasks that support our IT organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience with cloud services, infrastructure operations, and IT governance while working alongside experienced IT professionals in an enterprise environment.

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant, you will support the security, stability, and cost efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Working across cloud and on‑premises environments, you will help drive vulnerability management, cloud cost optimization, and operational improvements. Furthermore, you will

• Help identify, track, and follow up on remediation of infrastructure and platform vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and report on Azure commitments, reservations, and savings plans to support cloud cost optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and document data related to infrastructure operations and cloud governance.
• Maintain dashboards, operational records, and reports to support decision‑making and service management.
• Support documentation, reporting, and other administrative activities across the IT organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and IT‑related projects.
