Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking a Student Assistant to join Strategic Finance at our Aarhus headquarters, Viby J. You will support performance management tasks and contribute to analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates are in the early stages of a master's in Finance or Economics or in the fifth semester of a bachelor's degree, and can commit 10–15 hours weekly. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with SAP BW/Power BI a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing master's degree in Finance, Economics or related field or in 5th semester of bachelor's degree.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English to engage with stakeholders.
• Available to work approximately 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly performance reporting for the Executive Management Team and Board meetings.
• Assist with the annual and half-year report delivery and related materials.
• Contribute to the Business Planning process through financial analysis and insights.
• Support ad hoc analyses, business insights and other finance initiatives.
