Job summary

Arla Foods amba is seeking a Salesforce-focused engineer to join the IT & Digital Farmers product team in Aarhus. You will work on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service, collaborating with architects and developers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will own builds end‑to‑end, contribute to coding standards, and explore AI/agentic tooling to improve delivery and value for farmers and Arla’s sustainability agenda. Excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, APIs) and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non‑tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

You will join our global team and play an important role in advancing our sustainability agenda in Arla. By leveraging the power of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, you will be directly impacting farmers and contributing to the creation of innovative, data-driven solutions that promote sustainable dairy farming.

How you will make an impact

You will be working with development on the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, namely Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. We actively use agentic engineering tools in our daily development workflow to maximize the quality and speed of what we deliver, and we are curious about incorporating AI into the solutions our farmers use, when it genuinely adds value. You will join the farmers product team within IT & Digital, where you will take part in securing implementation of digital initiatives in relation to our business area by

• Developing robust applications using your Salesforce toolbox, including Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD
• Managing and mitigate technical debt
• Full ownership of the build solutions from build to operations
• Staying updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features and industry best practices and apply and guide the teams
• Playing a key role in designing and establishing coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development
• Working with agentic engineering tools as a natural part of the development process, and helping us evolve how we use them

• Preferably with a technical education background
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
• Organizational and planning skills

• Curious on technology and self-driven on learning
• Curiosity about how AI and agentic tooling can improve both the way we build and what we build - hands-on experience is a plus, an open mind is a must

• Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding
