DFDS A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a dedicated Student Assistant to join the Innovation & Strategy Execution team. The role is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, requiring 15–20 hours per week, with opportunities to learn across Agile Chapter, PMO CoE, Tech M&A and Innovation & Partnerships.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and structured Student Assistant to join our Innovation & Strategy Execution team. The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and the position requires 15-20 hours a week.
Our team sits at the heart of Technology & Innovation (T& I), where we drive the quarterly forecasting process (QFP) and manage the portfolio of innovation projects across the organisation. In this role, you'll help facilitate and support the QFP — making sure the right input is gathered at the right time and materials are produced and ready when leadership needs them.
You'll be working closely with the Innovation & Strategy Execution team, spanning our Agile Chapter, PMO CoE, Tech M&A and Innovation & Partnerships. There's a huge opportunity to learn from the different areas, giving you a broad and practical foundation in how we execute on strategy and how innovation is planned, governed, and delivered at scale.

The ideal person for this position will have the following qualifications:
Prior experience from a student job, internship, or project work involving planning, coordination, or facilitation is a plus, but not a requirement.
