Job summary

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) invites a Student Assistant to join the Engineering & Technology CAPEX team. You will support project managers across AFI sites, contribute to governance and global templates, and help communicate project progress.

This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale investment projects within the dairy supply chain. You will work 10–15 hours per week, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explore how AI tools can enhance efficiency and personal effectiveness in

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office and digital systems.
• Strong analytical approach to tasks and clear communication.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Interest in AI tools and their application to project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of a global site hub for capex project managers.
• Support development of governance, tools and templates.
• Help build Global Engineering standards and project pipeline.
• Explore how AI tools can improve project execution and governance.
• Provide project support through data analysis, training materials, workshops and documentation.
• Contribute to team communications and updates.
