Arla Foods is seeking a Student Assistant to support product development across multiple teams at the Arla Innovation Centre in Skejby. The role offers hands-on work in packaging, consumer testing, data entry, and cross-team coordination while you continue your studies.

You will split time between practical tasks and administrative duties, gaining exposure to product categories in dairy and nutrition. Expect 10–15 hours weekly, with in-person collaboration.

Qualificações

• You study a relevant education within the area of food science.
• You have a genuine interest in food science.
• You can work in person from our office in Skejby.
• You have a can-do attitude – no task is too big or small.
• You are happy to share tasks with the team of student assistants.
• You have strong communication skills, fluent in English (verbal and written).
• You are proficient in MS Office apps.
• You are detail-oriented and proactive as you ensure things are on track and on time.
• You are willing to learn.
• You will be studying for at least 2 more years – indicate your expected graduation.
• You will be able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with packaging of samples to be sent out globally.
• Prepare samples for consumer studies, tastings and sensory assessment.
• Assist teams in application testing of products.
• Document application testing.
• Digitalization in regard to scanning documents and transcribing handwritten notes.
• Desk research and data analysis on competitors and ingredients.
• Participate in weekly kitchen clean-ups.
• Help with events, from ordering products to coordinating with stakeholders.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks.

Do you have a passion for product innovation and dairy? We are looking for a new student assistant to support several teams within Product Innovation. At Arla Innovation Centre, we develop dairy products for Denmark and the global markets. We do innovations within cheese, early life nutrition, milk-based beverages, fresh dairy, butter and spreads and more. You will support our product developers in their daily work.

How will you make an impact

As our new student assistant, you will join a small team of student assistants who supports all product categories within innovation. You will take on a broad role and your tasks will vary from practical tasks to more administrative tasks.

In particular, you will

• Assist with packaging of samples to be sent out globally.
