Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a in Denmark is looking for a Marketing student assistant to support our brand and category managers with campaign execution, website management, events and packaging design projects.

You will work about 15 hours per week while studying, be fluent in Danish and English, and help with market performance tracking, shopper insights and digital campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies.

Marketing student assistant

We are looking for a student assistant for our marketing department to assist our brand and category managers in their daily work.

How you will make an impact

As our new student assistant, you will take on a broad role within marketing, with tasks that vary depending on the projects currently underway. In general, student assistants support campaign execution, website management, events, packaging design projects, and general project management activities. You will be working with internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies, so you will have a large contact base. Examples of tasks include

• Assist in packaging design projects and product launches, from idea development to market execution
• Support category managers with market performance tracking, sales analyses, and shopper insights
• Use your digital savvy to support social media activities, web content, digital campaigns, platforms, and our asset management system in collaboration with brand managers
• Support the planning and execution of events, from product logistics to coordination with agencies
• Assist brand managers with retail media and in-store campaigns
• Support the team on a variety of ongoing projects and priorities

• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• You are detail-oriented, have an eye for graphic design and layout, and possess a strong digital mindset.
• You will be studying for at least 2 more years – please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.
• You will be able to work approximately 15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies
