Job summary

Diatec A/S, based at our Middelfart headquarters, is seeking a Student Assistant to join a dedicated team in customer service, administration, and marketing. You will contribute to repairs coordination, service task planning, and order handling while supporting marketing activities.

You should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1–2 years remaining, be service-minded, detail-oriented, and fluent in Danish and English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and handling repairs with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing and shipping equipment; planning and following up on service tasks
• Creating and closing service orders in our systems
• Providing customer support via phone and email
• Handling administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments
• Contributing to marketing activities, including LinkedIn posts and newsletters
• Assisting with internal activities and events
