Job summary

Demant is seeking a Student Assistant to join our Diatec team in Middelfart. You will support customer service, administrative tasks, and marketing activities, gaining hands-on experience while studying.

The role offers 10–15 hours per week with flexible scheduling around exams, in a collaborative, informal environment. You will collaborate with a diverse team and learn new systems daily.

Qualifications

• We are seeking students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 1–2 years remaining in studies.
• You should be service-minded and enjoy working with customers.
• Structured work approach with strong attention to detail.
• Curious and eager to learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bilingual Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Interest in administration, communication, and marketing.
• Flexible to work approximately 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and handle repairs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and ship equipment, plan and follow up on service tasks.
• Create and close service orders in our systems.
• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments across the organization.
• Assist with marketing activities, including LinkedIn posts and newsletters.
• Support internal activities and events.

We are looking for a Student Assistant who would like to join a dedicated team and gain hands‑on experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and marketing.

Your Responsibilities

As a Student Assistant, you will have a varied role with responsibilities including:

• Coordinating and handling repairs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing and shipping equipmentPlanning and following up on service tasks
• Creating and closing service orders in our systems
• Providing customer support via phone and email
• Handling administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments across the organization
• Contributing to marketing activities, including LinkedIn posts and newsletters
• Assisting with internal activities and events
