Job summary

Pandora A/S, head-quartered in Copenhagen, seeks a Manager, Design Development to own portfolio planning, governance, and operational enablement across Design Development. You will ensure realistic timelines and provide planning frameworks to align cross-functional teams across the product development lifecycle.

Based at our head office in Copenhagen V, you will lead a team of three specialists in planning coordination, product structure, and data management, driving data-informed decision

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, or related roles.
• Proven track record in governance and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to connect strategy, planning, data and execution into a cohesive operating model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Design Development portfolio frameworks and guardrails.
• Align priorities, capacity, and delivery plans for scalable delivery.
• Drive timeline alignment, milestones, and planning activities.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and performance with guidance to teams.
• Establish planning principles, governance standards, and portfolio view.
• Own portfolio tools, reporting, and governance outputs like the NPD Dashboard.
• Lead and develop a team of three specialists in planning, structure, and data.
