Job summary

MAP is seeking a proactive Strategy Consultant within Value Engineering who will work with the Strategy Consulting team to help clients understand both the potential and the realized ROI of their investments in digital marketing, loyalty, AI, and CRM. You will inform executive-level decision-making and support large-scale transformation programs at some of the world’s leading companies.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm or an in-house corporate strategy function.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant master’s degree, preferably in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in complex stakeholder environments at a global level.
• The ability to move seamlessly between strategic perspective and detailed analysis.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business case and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience in financial modeling for loyalty programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, measurement frameworks, financial models, and KPI reporting.
• Spearhead the creation of new and improved assets, tools, and methodologies that advance the discipline.
• Work with client stakeholders to define the value architecture and business goals, and to analyze baseline data and performance insights to build data-driven commercial strategies.
• Craft and deliver compelling presentations, roadmaps, and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Lead workshops to identify business value and strategic insights in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Promote the adoption of value engineering approaches internally and externally among clients and prospects.
• Support client teams and commercial growth initiatives, including account development and new business.
