Coop Trading is seeking a Strategy Consultant to help move the From Good to Great strategy forward across strategy, transformation and commercial development. You will work within the Strategy and Business Development team, collaborating with Procurement, Supply Chain, Design Development, Quality and PMO, and directly with the CEO and Nordic Leadership Team.

You will structure complex questions, build business cases, and deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations to prioritise

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, strategy or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or in-house strategy, transformation, or commercial function.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative skills including financial modelling.

Responsabilités

• Move our From Good to Great strategy forward at the intersection of strategy, transformation and commercial development.
• Structure ambiguous strategic questions into hypotheses, analyses and decision-ready recommendations for the CEO and SLT.
• Build business cases and financial models to support prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Analyse category, supplier and price/value performance to support private brand and sourcing decisions.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
