Job summary

Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Manager in Strategy & Execution to lead cross-functional projects that advance Focus2030. You will partner with the Head of Strategy and business leaders, shaping strategic initiatives, building business cases, and driving execution across Copenhagen and Lisbon in a hybrid, permanent role.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in strategy/consulting, strong P&L and finance understanding, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of strategy and/or management consulting experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with complex analyses in Excel.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Project managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Create insightful analysis by gathering, testing, and visualising data.
• Develop frameworks to simplify problems and decisions.
• Work with experts and stakeholders to refine recommendations.
• Run workshops with senior leaders and build compelling slide decks.
• Support junior team members' development.
