Ørsted's Strategic Projects team invites you to work with senior management to shape strategy and deliver high-impact initiatives across the portfolio. In this role you will translate complex data into clear insights, manage stakeholders, and prepare compelling presentations for executive decision-making.

A background in management consulting or strategy and business development is preferred, with a passion for energy and climate challenges.

Qualifications

• Have a personal drive to help solve global climate challenges and offshore wind industry issues.
• Experience in management consulting, or strategy and business development from major companies, preferably in energy.
• High willingness to learn, can-do mindset, and drive to complete tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to distill insights from large data sets.
• Curious, collaborative, and able to work with people across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• supporting and driving strategic projects across the business, applying structured problem-solving, developing top-down storylines, and generating insights that form the foundation for key strategic decisions
• gathering, researching, and analysing quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights
• identifying organisational opportunities and challenges to shape the scope and direction of strategic initiatives
• managing key stakeholders across the organisation to drive project progress, secure critical input, and ensure alignment
• building and preparing high-quality presentations and decision materials for senior management teams across the business.
