Our team helps shape the strategic direction for the holding company and related entities - all anchored in our vision to enable all children to learn through play and drive impact on global climate issues.

From day one, you will get practical experience, contribute to strategic projects, and learn from your team. Our team is purpose-led and impact-oriented, while valuing collaboration, open-mindedness, and a flexible work culture. We believe great work happens when there is room for differences, curiosity, and fun.

The scope of the role:
  • Support team members with strategic projects for entities and KIRKBI
  • Create clear and compelling presentations and recommendations for our Leadership Team
  • Conduct market and industry analysis to support decision-making
  • Contribute to internal team planning and processes
Curious and analytical student with an interest in strategy

You are in the third year of your bachelor’s degree or the first year of your master’s degree, with a strong academic record. Your studies may be within Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another relevant field.

You have 1–2 years of relevant experience from strategy or analyst positions, for example within corporate strategy, business development or corporate finance, gained from consulting firms, investment companies or other relevant organisations.

In addition, you are comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

To succeed in the role, you:
  • Combine curiosity with a strong willingness to learn
  • Enjoy getting to the core of complex questions and turning your findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Challenge assumptions and bring new perspectives that help the team evolve
  • Take ownership and drive tasks independently
  • Are a collaborative team player who actively contributes to the team

The position is 15–20 hours per week, with our Copenhagen office as the base and opportunities for travelling to Billund for company and team events. We offer flexibility in planning your work, especially during exam periods.
