Job summary

You will translate complex science into clear content for diverse audiences, including employees, leaders, the public, and external stakeholders, ensuring relevance for each audience.

You will work across the full R&D value chain—from early research to clinical development, regulatory submissions and lifecycle

Qualifications

Master's degree or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience supporting senior leaders in corporate environments.
Experience translating scientific insights into clear communication.
Ability to quickly grasp complex insights and translate them for broad audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide scientific strategy and communication advisory to the EVP of R&D.
Adapt and convert scientific research into content easy to understand for diverse audiences.
Demonstrate knowledge of scientific concepts to explain developments in layman's terms.
Support senior scientists in communicating their work to non-expert audiences.
Take part in the R&D Strategy development and translation.
