Job summary

Novo Nordisk Foundation seeks a proactive Public Relations specialist to shape and communicate our research and impact. You will identify compelling stories from scientific areas, develop content, and work with internal teams and external partners in Denmark and internationally.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of relevant experience, international exposure, and English excellence; Danish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant full-time experience.
• Experience from outside Denmark and/or in an international organisation will be advantageous.
• A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Danish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce articles, press releases, films, op-eds, impact stories, and other content for the Foundation’s channels.
• Formulate and execute communication plans to reach the right audiences in Denmark and internationally.
• Collaborate on and lead communication projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to media enquiries and proactively reach out to journalists.
• Work with Foundation spokespersons to increase transparency and dialogue with stakeholders.
