Responsibilities

• Provide strategic scientific guidance to EVP of R&D and communicate complex science in lay terms for diverse audiences.
• Transform scientific findings into content suitable for employees, leaders, the public, and stakeholders, maintaining clarity and relevance.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of scientific concepts and explain developments in accessible language.
• Support senior scientists in communicating their work to non-expert audiences, including message development.
• Contribute to R&D strategy development and translation across the value chain.
