Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a Raw Materials Planner and Purchaser to ensure a reliable flow of materials and seamless production schedules. You will coordinate planning, purchasing, production, and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.

In this role you will manage purchase orders, monitor stock, optimize costs and lead times, and work with ERP/MRP systems and Excel. Fluent Danish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, purchasing, supply chain or operations coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; SAP is an advantage.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Planning raw material requirements based on production schedules and supply plans
• Creating, monitoring, and following up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Proactively identifying and escalating potential material shortages or supply risks
• Optimizing inventory levels while balancing supplier lead times, cost efficiency, and production needs
• Coordinating with suppliers on delivery schedules, quantities, and issue resolution
• Maintaining and updating planning parameters within the ERP/MRP system
• Collaborating cross-functionally with production, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to resolve operational and supply-related challenges
• Supporting continuous improvement of planning and material management processes
