Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with planning or coordination.
• Solid understanding of planning processes and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to set expectations and challenge when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan inventory optimization and material procurement with focus on cost and service levels.
• Plan and create purchase orders per procedures and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure optimal material supply.
• Collaborate with local and regional logistics teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in procurement.
• Support supplier relationship development with Strategic Procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance to meet delivery targets.
