Job summary

Pharmacosmos is seeking a Project Manager to lead 2–5 strategic projects in a small PM team, supporting areas like CEO Office, Clinical R&D, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance and HR. The role covers needs assessment, business-case development, vendor evaluation and hands-on project execution.

The position is hybrid with flexible remote work, based at the Holbæk headquarters in Denmark. Fixed-term maternity cover starting in early/mid‑November 2026 for 10–11 months, travel ~5–10 days/year;

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or related field with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in strategy consulting or project management.
• Fluent in Danish and English with strong communication abilities.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience with PM tools and advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initial assessment through implementation and close-out.
• Develop and refine business cases, requirements and solution evaluations.
• Lead vendor selection processes, including RFPs and evaluation of responses.
• Establish project governance, teams and steering committees.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks and financials.
• Engage stakeholders and report progress to senior management.
• Contribute actively to project execution and implementation.
