Job summary

Qufora, a fast-growing medical device company, seeks a Senior Program Manager to strengthen execution across major development initiatives. You will lead the Portfolio Group, manage intake, prioritisation, and an integrated program view across projects, while personally steering one large strategic project from development to launch.

Based at HQ in Allerød, near Copenhagen, you will collaborate with senior management and multiple functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master level in engineering, business, life sciences or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Portfolio Group with governance for intake, assessment, prioritisation and decisions.
Own intake process: assess business need, strategic fit, value, urgency, risks, dependencies and capacity before prioritisation.
Develop prioritisation and sequencing proposals with management and functions for a visible portfolio view.
Establish integrated program view across related projects with objectives, milestones, risks and outcomes.
Align with project managers; ensure plans connect and decisions occur at the right level.
Identify cross-project risks and dependencies; coordinate resolution and escalate when needed.
Lead large, strategic projects from scope to delivery with accountability for budget and stakeholders.
