Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Strategic Messaging Specialist to shape and drive the communication agenda for Contract Logistics. You’ll partner with Group Marketing and Communications, translate strategy into compelling messaging and campaigns, and deliver assets that align with global priorities.

You’ll join a small team with big impact and act as a trusted partner across the organization.

Qualifications

• Have a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or marketing.
• Have strong English writing and storytelling skills.
• Are comfortable creating presentations and communication materials.
• Can work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively.
• Experience from logistics is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategic messaging, writing articles, creating leadership communication, presentations, stories, and digital content.
• Driving communication campaigns from planning to execution incl. performance tracking.
• Building editorial plans, channels, and communication assets.
• Advising stakeholders and translating business priorities into engaging communication.
• Supporting internal events, engagement initiatives, and external positioning.

Strategic Messaging Specialist

As Strategic Messaging Specialist , you will shape and drive the communication agenda for Contract Logistics , partnering closely with our Group Marketing and Communications functions and business stakeholders. You will translate strategy into clear messaging, engaging content, impactful campaigns, and communication assets that bring our ambitions to life. Joining a small team with a big impact, you will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution – shaping how we communicate our priorities and strengthening alignment across our global organization. Being part of the CEO Office, you will act as a trusted communication partner for stakeholders across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing strategic messaging, writing articles, creating leadership communication, presentations, stories, and digital content

You are an experienced communicator who combines creativity with structure, knows how to tell compelling stories, and enjoys working with stakeholders across a global organization.
