Job summary

Cadeler is seeking a Business Development Analyst to analyse commercial and operational data to identify growth opportunities in offshore wind. You will help build trackers, dashboards, and reports and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

You will bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and English fluency while developing relationships with industry stakeholders and attending conferences.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience as a business analyst, market analyst, or business development support.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis across offshore wind, tracking pipelines, opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports summarising pipeline opportunities and market developments for senior management.
• Develop a network of relationships with stakeholders in the industry.
• Support development and maintenance of stakeholder data, ensuring accurate records of engagements, leads, and opportunities.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events, promoting Cadeler and gathering intelligence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BD processes, tools, and reporting methods.
