Qualifications
- Degree in maritime/offshore engineering or similar field.
- Experience with wind/offshore projects and tendering is a plus.
- Strong communication and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Tender and Technical Sales Managers to convert offshore engineering challenges into winning proposals.
- Define solutions, assess risks, and ensure technical content supports feasibility and commercial competitiveness.
- Create high-quality technical documentation and vessel layouts for bids.
- Support sales meetings with structured technical insights highlighting commercial benefits.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Vessel Crews, Clients and Suppliers to ensure compliant packages.
