Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of the housing journey programme.
• Develop and maintain programme delivery plans, milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across business and technology teams.
• Identify, manage and upscale programme risks, issues and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain programme governance and reporting.
• Facilitate decision-making and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Track delivery progress and ensure actions are followed through.
• Provide clear and regular communication to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate go-live preparations and support successful implementation.
• Maintain momentum in a complex cross-functional environment.
