Strategic Staffing Solutions customer is looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a key housing journey programme within a large international financial services environment.s.

The role requires strong programme management capabilities and the ability to coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery activities. You will be responsible for maintaining momentum across the programme and ensuring successful preparation for and execution of go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Swedish housing journey programme.
• Develop and maintain programme delivery plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple business and technology teams.
• Identify, manage, and upscale programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain effective programme governance and reporting.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure key stakeholders remain aligned.
• Track delivery progress and ensure actions and commitments are followed through.
• Provide clear and regular communication to stakeholders and programme leadership.
• Coordinate preparations for go-live and support successful implementation.
• Maintain delivery momentum in a complex, cross-functional environment.

About You

• Strong experience as a Project Manager or Programme Manager, preferably within banking, financial services, or another complex enterprise environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, delivery planning, milestone tracking, and risk and issue management.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing complex dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience supporting major implementations or go-live activities.
• Experience within mortgages, lending, housing finance, or retail banking would be an advantage.
