Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent required.
• 7–10+ years of product management experience, preferably in Medical Device.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategic direction of the Endourology franchise across EMEA.
• Develop data-driven portfolio prioritization, market expansion and investment recommendations.
• Translate customer, market, reimbursement and competitive insights into strategic options.
• Collaborate with BPH, Visualisation, Laser and Core Stone Product Managers to align priorities.
• Lead and influence across Global Marketing, country teams and KOLs.
