Job summary

Struers, headquartered in Ballerup, Denmark, seeks an European Sales Enablement Manager to translate strategy into sales impact across Europe. You will align global Sales Excellence initiatives with local execution, driving processes, tools, and training to raise performance in a complex, multinational environment.

You will partner with Global Sales Operations & Insights and regional leadership to embed best practices, optimize CRM usage, and sustain disciplined execution with measurable results

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
• Experience with sales processes, pipeline management, CRM systems, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation and adoption of sales processes, KPI frameworks, and CRM disciplines across European markets.
• Bridge global frameworks with local execution, balancing standardization and flexibility.
• Develop sales capabilities through training, coaching, and hands-on support in value selling and pipeline management.
• Monitor performance with structured follow-up, forecasting, and CRM data quality.
