Job summary

Contour Design seeks a Product Manager to own its medical and hygienic hardware portfolio end-to-end, aligning engineering with commercial teams across Europe. You will define what we sell, master SKU strategy, and ensure compliance across multiple channels and markets.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to translate clinical market realities into actionable requirements, while developing robust business cases and GTM plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware portfolios through full lifecycle.
• Experience with SKU strategy and master data governance.
• Knowledge of medical devices or clinical IT preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and pricing strategy experience.
• Experience with field discovery and translating needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Architecture & SKU Strategy: establish segmentation, map what we sell, own SKU matrix across markets.
• Product Master Data: act as single source of truth for product data, specs, attributes, and compliance.
• Lifecycle Governance: manage SKU rationalization, phase-in/out, EOL, migrations.
• Engineering & Commercial Interface: bridge with German engineering translating market needs into requirements; communicate feasibility and costs back to sales/marketing.
• Clinical Discovery & Healthcare Requirements: conduct fieldwork observing infection control and healthcare workflows to produce PRDs.
• Commercial Ownership & Business Cases: author and own business cases, pricing logic, margins, and forecasts.
• Go-To-Market Alignment: align with departments to articulate portfolio to channel partners and clinical customers.
